Fall 2026 at our doors...

Wether you own a home or not, a "soft market" is always the best time to move! When any moving plan is to buy your first home or move out of an existing home to improve your lifestyle, most homeowners wait for strong "Seller's Markets" to take action due to their desire to obtain top equity dollars.

Yet homeowners who wish to UPGRADE into a larger space, due to a growing family or a change of location, a Buyer's Market is the perfect time to do so due to the price differential and maket conditions. This applies to the first time buyer as well because purchasing prices are softer and choice more abundant due to slow turnover time.

Since late June of this year, we are observing an important slowdown in sales. The days of multiple offers and crazy overbidding are over. The interest rates remain reasonable as the bank of Canada maintains it's rate at 2.25% making average mortgage rates lower than 4.50%.

These conditions empowers the "buyers" towards strong negociating opportunities that could be quite lucrative and help offset the price obtained on your existing home should you need to sell it.

Enjoy the rest of your summer!

With gratitude for all your referrals.
